Privacy Notice
Effective September 7, 2026
QART Institute is the name used for this independent publication. It is not currently a registered company or separate legal entity. This notice explains how information is handled through qartinstitute.com.
Information QART receives
QART does not currently offer user accounts, comments, purchases, subscriptions or online forms. It does not use advertising pixels or audience analytics.
If you email QART, the publication receives the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, message and any attachments. This information is used to respond, maintain necessary correspondence and protect the publication’s rights.
The services that deliver and protect the website may automatically process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events. This processing supports delivery, reliability, fraud prevention and security.
Cookies
The website currently uses a short-lived Cloudflare security cookie named __cf_bm. It helps distinguish legitimate visitors from harmful automated traffic. QART does not use this cookie for advertising or cross-site profiling. See the Cookie Notice for details.
Service providers and external sites
QART relies on hosting, content-delivery, security and email providers to operate the publication. These providers may process limited information on QART’s behalf or under their own terms. Some article photographs are delivered from Wikimedia Commons, so a visitor’s browser may connect directly to Wikimedia when loading them. Links to other websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.
Retention and disclosure
QART keeps correspondence only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and protect the publication. QART does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect legal rights or to providers needed to operate and secure the website.
Your choices and rights
You may ask what personal information QART holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Rights vary by location and may be subject to legal exceptions. Email Contact@qartinstitute.com.
Children
QART is a general-audience publication and is not directed to children under 13. It does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the website.
Changes
This notice will be updated before QART introduces materially different practices such as analytics, advertising, accounts, payments or a newsletter. The effective date above identifies the current version.
